Choose Fabric Color
We have arranged and uploaded dyed fabrics colors catalog on our website to help you choose the exact shade of fabric that you want for your custom t shirts. There are 2 types of fabrics, first are sublimated fabrics and second are non-sublimated, organic materials like cotton are non-sublimated on which sublimation printing is not possible. If you need custom graphic all over the t-shirts then you'll have to choose sublimation printing that is only possible on synthetic fabrics like polyester/ mesh/ interlock/ lycra. Choose Fabric & GSM
Before you order custom clothes, you must do research on your market and decide that which type of fabric you actually require for your custom t shirts.
100% cotton jersey with 300 GSM is the premium fabric we use to manufacture premium streetwear brand's shirts. But if you want shirts for giveaways OR company staff then the recommended fabric will be 65% cotton and 35% polyester. Among these, DHL provides the fastest delivery service, ensuring your custom t-shirts reach within a few days but it’s also the most expensive option. If you’re looking for a balance between speed and cost-efficiency, UPS is the best shipping method. It delivers quickly, reliably, and at a reasonable price compared to DHL and FedEx. For larger orders such as 10,000 to 100,000 t-shirts, we prefer sea shipping. This method is cost-efficient, secure, and ideal for bulk deliveries. However, it takes approximately 30 to 45 working days to reach its destination, depending on your country’s port schedule and customs clearance process.
